High performance compact heater- shaker with onboard controller
Inheco has taken our existing class-leading Teleshake and made it easier to integrate and introduced digital performance improvements. The Teleshake 95 AC USB is the 1st Inheco on-deck device to include an integrated controller, removing the need for an external controller and the associated bulky connector cables. Communication is enabled via a standard USB-Interface, enabling simple management and integration.
EASY TO INTEGRATE
The Teleshake 95 AC USB takes up just one ANSI/SLAS plate position on deck, occupying little more space than a standard microplate, and is just 60 mm high. It can be powered either by the liquid handling system directly or from a separate 24 V power supply.
The integrated controller removes the need for additional controller devices – and the bulky connection cables, meaning that the Teleshake 95 AC USB takes up significantly less space both on-deck and around the deck. Our new USB interface enables simple and standardized integration and connection with controller programs and interfaces – the new USB interface also enables a direct connection with your computer significantly simplifying the integration effort. All devices comply with the “Device class definition for HID” by the USB-IF (USB Implementers Forum).
Our new digital motor delivers a zero positioning function enabling users to define the Zero-position around the entire shaking axis – enabling simple Robot gripper implementation, Active clamping & a range of over 200 adaptor plates ensures that the Teleshake 95 AC USB can be used with all of your disposables, from vials and reservoirs to lidded sample plates.
The new status LED is positioned in such a way that it is easy to recognize regardless of the orientation of the on-deck integration. The status of the device can be instantly checked, making the work of the service and support staff easier.
Heat and shake samples up to 1 kg in weight in a compact device
A combined heater-shaker delivers efficiency, precision and cost effectiveness to your sample preparation. They are vital for life science research applications in molecular biology, biochemistry and clinical chemistry including next generation sequencing (NGS). Shaking is preferred to stirring when mixing low volume samples because no additional stirring rod is required, so there’s no extra risk of contamination, and a heated shaker can reduce bottlenecks in your workflow by reducing reaction process times and operator workload.
Our new stronger digital motor enables the Teleshake 95 AC USB to shake samples of up to 1 kg in weight and can have variable start-up and slow down speeds to ensure the your samples are not violently disturbed or spill at the start and end of the mixing process.
The Teleshake 95 AC USB can be variably set with rotation speeds starting at 1 rpm moving up to a max of 3,000 rpm.
UNIFORMITY AND ACCURACY
The automated clamping of the Teleshake AC USB allows you to shake a wide choice of plates, and the powerful motor can handle loads of up to 1 kg. The Teleshake 95 AC USB operates in a temperature range of 5 K above ambient to 125°C, and delivers excellent performance with
• accuracy at 37°C of ± 0.3°C
• uniformity at 37°C of ±0.2°C.
ADAPTABLE
Use your preferred disposable with the Teleshake 95 AC USB, including microplates, PCR plates, strips and tubes, and some low-profile reservoirs and polypropylene plates. Active clamping (automated labware clamping), using customized clamping rods for different labware, lets you use different format plates without adjustment. That also enables you to shake plates with clamped lids and allows piercing through sealing foils while keeping the plate firmly clamped. We offer over 200 adapters, manufactured inhouse to ensure a perfect fit to the geometry of the disposable item, or can tailor an adapter to fit your needs.

New integration software & cross-platform support is now available. The new software libraries provided are primarily developed for Windows environments and built on Microsoft .NET 8.0 framework.
