Our Service Team are all Inheco experts, trained in all of our products. They’re on hand to respond quickly, the same day or within 24 hours between Monday and Friday, when your devices require maintenance or service.

Setting up a service agreement/contract is simple, and we will guide you throughout the entire process. We can have you up and running in a few days. We use the following process to support your requests:- We discuss with you your needs and requirements for a service contract and send you a summary for confirmation.
- We evaluate your existing and planned portfolio of Inheco equipment.
- We provide an offer that covers all or part of your portfolio for the services you need.
- You can add extra services to your contract as required, including but not limited to
- Shipping costs,
- Customs costs,
- Loan or replacement devices.
- You agree to our terms and offer and can immediately benefit from your tailored services.
- On an annual basis, we re-assess your portfolio and adjust the service contract if necessary.
